who doesn’t love bread

After going without bread for such a long time, this is such a treat for myself and my family. And me being being ‘me’ just can’t keep it to myself, I had to share. If you have been trying to find a bread recipe that is gluten-free and dairy-free then you must try this one.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

3 Organic Eggs
55g Macadamia Oil (1/4 Cup)
2 Tsp Honey
1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
55g Nut Milk (Coconut or Almond) 1/4 Cup
200g Almond Meal
65g Tapioca Flour
2 Tbs LSA Mix or Linseed Meal
1 Tbs Chia Seeds
1.5 Tsp Bicarb

note

This recipe is a lot easier to do in a Thermomix but it is not necessary. 

WHAT TO DO

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Line a Loaf Tin with baking paper.
Whisk together the wet ingredients then add dry ingredients and mix together.
Pour mixture into Lined Tin and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.

TIP

This bread freezes really well. Just slice before freezing and place a piece of baking paper between each slice so you can easily grab a slice out at a time. If you have 2 Loaf Tins, do a double batch so you can stock the freezer.
