FAT LOSS FRIENDLY CHOC ICE CREAM
BEHIND THIS BLEND
This recipe came about while I was delving into Phase 4 of the Fat Loss Protocol, I desperately wanted ice cream so had many attempts using the foods I had successfully reintroduced at the start of Phase 4. And this seems to be the favourite mix I keep returning to. Thought I’d share incase anyone else was in the same boat.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
1/4 or more Frozen Red Paw Paw (Chopped)
1/2 a sachet of Açai or Frozen Blueberries
1/4 Large Avocado
1-2 tbs Cacao Powder
Pinch of Salt
OPTIONAL extras
I’ve also added different foods over time if you want to try these too.
Coconut Cream, Cinnamon, Cacao Chips, Maca Powder, oh and if you like Choc-Mint you must try adding a drop or 2 of Peppermint Essential Oil (make sure you have one that is food grade)
WHAT TO DO
Blend all the ingredients, in a blender or Thermomix.
Enjoy straight away.
