Kultured Wellness Recipe

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

3 large avocados, diced

Juice of 1-2 lemons or limes

½ red onion, finely diced

A generous dash of apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

3-4 Tbsp of Kultured Wellness Coconut Yoghurt

1 clove garlic, crushed

½ cup fresh herbs, chopped (I used coriander and parsley)

A generous drizzle of olive oil or Brain Octane Oil

WHAT TO DO

Mix all the ingredients (except the oil) together in a large bowl. Mash with a fork or mix with a spoon to leave it chunky.

Scoop the mixture into a glass jar and ferment for 4-6 hours.

When serving, drizzle some of the oil and sprinkle extra salt, pepper and herbs on top to garnish.

Store in a glass jar in the fridge, be sure to leave some room at the top as it will continue to ferment and expand in the fridge.

Serve with veggie sticks or add to your favourite meal.
