EASY DINNER

This is a lovely recipe to whip up if you have some left overs to use up, or just start from scratch. It’s filling so men and kids love it, and it can even be frozen for a go to dish later on.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

1.5 cups of Cooked and Cooled Rice
1 Onion Chopped
2 tbs Grass-Fed Butter or Ghee
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
2 tsp Ground Turmeric
0.5 cup of Bone Broth
1 tbs Gelatin, bloomed
1 cup Herbs of choice (Coriander, Parsley are nice)
Left over cooked Veggies (diced sweet potato and zucchini are nice) or meat if you desire
Slice of Lemon
Salt and Pepper

OPTIONAL

Cumin or Curry Powder

WHAT TO DO

Heat a large frying pan, add butter, onion, garlic, spices and cook until soft and fragrant.

Add Broth then once hot stir through Gelatin until dissolved.

Stir through Rice, extra butter and then any left overs (veggies or meat) and stir through until all ingredients are to your desired temperature.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Top with Lemon Wedge and Herbs.

TIP

Use this recipe as a base and have a play with other spices and additions. Perhaps use Mexican spices and add saltines and lime. Would love to hear what you create.
