MAKE IT YOURSELF

There are so many immune boosting elixirs, tonics, smoothies, drinks, shots etc on the market at the moment, but why pay big bucks for these when you can make it sooo simply at home yourself.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

1 Whole Lemon*
1/2 Ginger (Peeled)
6-7 Cloves of Garlic
1 piece of Turmeric or a tbs Organic Ground Turmeric
Manuka Honey
Warm Water (to your desired consistency)

OPTIONAL extras

1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tbs Cinnamon
1 tsp Ground Pepper

WHAT TO DO

Blend all the ingredients, in a blender or Thermomix.

Taste and adjust to suit, then add to a jar and store in the fridge.

Take 2-3 tbs daily, when required.
